I felt OK for the 1st loop which was the X roads route, I felt as though I was cheating by not carrying weight. I even made it almost all the way up burning calfs hill without stopping. However, it was the down hill sections where my thigh started hurting again, the same as last week. By the time I finished the run in 1hour 15minutes and 57seconds I was limping...again.
There is only 11 training weeks left until the Fan Dance and I'm starting to panic about my fitness level, especially with this injury, knowing that at best I only have 13 or 14 runs left before race day!
