Needed to do some hill work and my son wanted to come with me so here is a video of the training session. Most of the filming is done at about half way up the hill. No time taken but I only had half an hour hence the shortness of the session. I was a bit disappointed with this session and I don't think this type of training suits me as even by the time I'd walked off the hill I felt as though I could do it again. I prefer longer, totally draining sessions. The length of the hill is 150metres climbing 42metres.

I plan to do this race with my brother 'Strider' (Link to his blog above) on 20th July 2013, mainly to see if at 44 I still have the 'stones' to be able to do it.
